Online Private Mat Session With this online Private Pilates Mat session, you will be able to have my full attention on you. Before the session, you will be text or emailed a link to join the class. You will need a computer, tablet or cell phone, a space for a mat or towel to work on. No equipment is needed, but options for some equipment if available at your home will be offered. This session can be shared with your family and friends virtually with one connection for the same price.
